| 摘 要： | 本文通过描述新公共管理理论的内涵,着重论述了新公共管理模式下政府行政改革的趋势及其特征。认为新公共管理模式下政府行政改革的趋势必定是要符合经济发展规律,顺应社会的发展,符合人民的利益,更加民主、平等、公平。
