| 摘 要： | 以鹅副粘病毒GPVSF0 2毒株的基因组RNA为模板 ,通过RTPCR方法扩增出HN基因片段 ,然后将其克隆至T载体中。经PCR鉴定后 ,对阳性克隆进行测序 ;测序后拼接得出HN基因的全序列。经分析HN基因编码区核苷酸序列 ,所测GPVSF0 2毒株与参考毒株NL 96核苷酸序列的同源性为 86 %。

| Abstract: | Virion RNA was abstracted from purified GPV-SF02 strain and used as a template. The fragment of the hemagglutinin-neuriminidase gene of the isolate was amplified by RT-PCR and ligated with the pMD 18-T Vector. Positive clones of HN gene were identified by PCR and then sequenced. The complete sequence of HN gene was obtained finally. The result of sequence analysis for the ORF of HN gene indicats that GPV-SF02 strain exhibited 86% homology with reference strain NL-96. |
