| 摘 要： | 经过几代人的努力 ,警察学基础理论研究取得了可喜的成果 ,但在学科建设上仍有不少缺陷。当前 ,必须明确警察学的研究对象 ,下大力气建立和完善警察学基础理论的概念体系 ,尽快建立起科学的警察学基础理论学科体系。

| Abstract: | Despite the inspiring achievements in the study of the basic theory of policiology through the great efforts of generations ,there still exist a few defects in the subject construction.At present,the subject of study must be clearly located ,the conceptual system of the basic theory must be constructed and improved with greater efforts ,and the discipline system must be scientifically built up as soon as possible. |
