Differentiation and improving the dangerous sites on road

There is not a clear definition to the dangerous site on the road. We can define it as follow: dangerous site is the place where traffic accidents occur frequently due to the factors of the road itself, traffic facilities, traffic surroundings that make the vehicles’ speed change sharply.
