| 摘 要： | 目前我国的高技能人才队伍无论从数量上还是质量上都难以满足经济社会发展的需要,已成为制约我国走新型工业化道路和质量效益型发展道路的主要瓶颈。本文对如何尽快找到一条适合我国国情的高技能人才的培养开发途径,满足当前需求进行了探讨。
