治安学理论研究的现状、原因与出路

治安学提出近 2 0年来 ,其理论研究取得了令人瞩目的成就 ,但由于各种主客观原因 ,与其他学科相比 ,还存在着较大差距和不少问题。繁荣和发展治安学理论研究的主要途径是 :借鉴其他学科的研究成果和方法 ;找准学科的“制高点”或“着力点” ,明确治安学的研究方向 ;建立专业学术组织和研究机构 ;加强国内、外学术交流 ;加大扶持力度和政策倾斜等。

On the Present Situation,Causes and Orientation of theTheoretical Research on Science of Public Security

The science of public security began 20 years ago and now its theoretical research brings about glory achievements.However,compared with other sciences,there exists obvious gap and problems because of various subjective and objective things.The main ways to prosper and develop the theoretical research on science of public security are the following:borrowing the achievements and methods of other sciences,aiming at the goals of the subject to make sure of the orientation,setting up professional academic organization and research organs,improving the academic communication at home and abroad,weighing the support and policy-orientation,and so on.
