| 摘 要： | 效率概念在不同的历史时期和思想理论中具有不同的道德合理性内涵。在现代市场经济条件下,我们应提倡综合的效率观,即突出和强调人们的物质生活、精神生活、社会生活等方面的综合提升和改善。市场经济的效率取决于行为主体的结构效率、制度效率和行为效率;效率实现的客观结果还受到经济体制、产权制度、政府行为等因素的综合影响。

| Abstract: | The moral connotation of "efficiency" varies in different historical periods and under different theories.In the present market economy,the "synthetic efficiency" concept should be advocated,one that indicates a comprehensive promotion and improvement of peoples material,spiritual and social life.The efficiency of the market economy includes the structural efficiency,systematic efficiency and behavioral efficiency of the actors.Achievement of efficiency is subject to such factors as the economic system,the property structure and governmental actions. |
