| 摘 要： | 消费者权益行政保护是国家行政机关在市场经济活动中对消费者合法权益进行指导和保护的活动,在消费者权益保护体系中占有重要地位。本文介绍了消费者权益行政保护制度的含义、产生基础和特点,针对当前国家相关行政管理机关在市场准入、日常监管、执法处罚、受理申诉等方面管理缺位的现状进行了深入分析,并就消费者行政保护体系的完善提出了建议。
