| 摘 要： | 相对于被城市文明的吸力和农村劳动力剩余的推力而选择进城的主动城市化群体而言,因政府的安排而不论其是否愿意进行城市化的失地农民,可视之为“被动城市化群体”。被动城市化群体在融入城市社会过程中面临着制度性障碍。

| Abstract: | Passive-urbanized group refers to landless farmers who are neglected their own will abiding to government's policy of urbanization,comparing initiative-urbanized group who enter into city by both attractive force of city civilization and driving force of rural labor surplus.There still have systematic barrier for them during a process of city integration. |
