| 摘 要： | 案件管理部门的职能主要有管理、监督、服务、参谋。实践中,检察机关案件管理部门职能的发挥遇到一些障碍：案件管理的规范化、系统化水平不高;案件管理的监督职能定位有误区,监督权的范围不明晰,行使方式不合理;案件管理的决策参谋职能没能充分发挥。因此,检察机关案件管理工作的完善路径应当围绕着如何破除这些制约因素来展开。

| Abstract: | The function of case management department includes management, supervision, service and staff. In practice, the function of case management department of the procuratorate encounters some obstacles ： standardi- zation and systematization level of the case management is not high; the positioning of supervision function is not correct, the scope of supervision power is not clear, the way of exertion is not reasonable and the decision - making function of case management can not be fully exerted. Therefore, improving the case management of the procurator- ate should focus on how to get rid of these constraints. |
