| 摘 要： | 攻击行为的特点主要体现在工具选择、对象选择、时机选择、方式选择上。攻击行为常见有发泄性攻击、取乐性攻击和躲避性攻击三种特殊类型。攻击行为具有明显的指向价值,体现在作案人数指向、犯罪动机指向、犯罪双方的关系指向以及对象指向上。

Aggressive Behavior of Murder Cases and Its Analysis |

| Abstract: | Features of aggressive behavior are mainly shown from four aspects, namely, tool choice, target choice, time choice and method choice. Common aggressive behaviors can be classified into three special kinds： ab- reacting aggression, amusing aggression and dodging aggression. Aggressive behaviors is featured by obvious direc- ting value, which is presented by direction of criminal number, direction of crime motive, direction of the relation- ship between the criminal and victim, as well as the direction of targets. |
