| 摘 要： | 现场分析是现场勘验检查中的一个重要环节。是对全部现场勘查过程的一个总结。现场分析中对作案人特点、特征的分析又是全部分析中的重中之重。对于案件现场所反映出来的那些看似具有或然性的"异象"需从另一角度来观察并分析此情形出现的原因。由于聋哑人盗窃在全部的入室盗窃案中数量较少,人们往往容易忽视他们的存在。从而影响破案进度。据统计显示,我国现有聋哑人约二千零二十五万人,近年来聋哑人犯罪屡有增加且发案绝对数呈跳跃上升之势。作案形式也趋向多样,本文试从聋哑人入室盗窃现场的表现分析其特点及成因。

| Abstract: | Breaking-in stealing by the deaf and dumb only takes a small part in all breaking-in stealing cases,so their existence is always neglected,which hinders the progress of solving cases.In recent years,the number of crimes committed by the deaf and dumb has been in remarkable increase,and these crimes take on various forms.The paper aims to analyze the characteristics of breaking-in stealing cases through various traces on the criminal scene. |
