发达国家政党衰落及其演变趋势

过去30年,发达国家的政党陷入持续不断的衰落之中,并导致政党的合法性危机。为了回应危机,政党发生了向依赖国家资源生存的转变,因而更加远离社会,进一步加重了危机。发达国家政党危机的根源在于,产生于工业化时期的老牌政党已经不能适应后现代的社会条件,其衰落是难以扭转的。在这些老牌政党衰落的同时,产生了不同类型的新的政党,改变了原有的政党格局。
