| 摘 要： | 目前中国对外资并购投资监管 ,主要是依据外资新设投资监管的法律法规进行监管 ,这样不利于促进民族工业的发展 ,不利于维护中国的经济安全。建议对外资并购投资和外资新设投资采取分别监管的措施 ,并制定相应的法律法规。

| Abstract: | At present, China controls and surveys the combination and purchase of foreign investments by the laws and regulations concerning its newly-built investment. It is not beneficial to the development of national industries and the economic safety of China. The author makes a suggestion that the control and surveillance of combination and purchase and newly-built investment of foreign investment should be separated and the corresponding laws and rules of law should be made in China. |
