| Abstract: | While the market economy has been promoting the development of our economy, it brings the society some new problems too. In the market economy era, some new kinds of economy crimes flow out continuously. But the original penalty system can't adapt to the new situation. To meet the request of the crime prevention, the qualification penalty, especially the penalty of depriving the qualification of some given occupations, has got the necessity and possibility to set up and perfect. |
