权益保障视域下中外青年政治参与比较研究

青年作为未来的决定性力量,在其成长的历程中较容易形成自我的政治态度和政治行为,因而保障其能够依法参与到政治活动中并发挥参与的有效性,对维护青年的政治利益具有重要的意义。青年政治参与是青年政治利益的表达方式,为表达青年政治利益提供渠道,因而青年政治参与具有权益保障的天然属性。中外青年由于政治体制、社会文化等诸多方面的不同,青年政治参与的方式、作用又不尽相同,故而从这些不同的维度入手进行比较和分析,并在权益保障的视域下以期挖掘其中的理论和现实意义。
