| 摘 要： | 我国尚法理念缺失根源在于农业文明的人治文化模式,当法律难以直接成为信仰的对象时,则必须通过现实社会主体以理性自觉塑造出尚法理念。大学生尚法理念的培育有利于打破这样一种二律悖反:缺乏法治文化模式难以塑造具有尚法理念的法人格体,不具有尚法理念的法人格体难以生成法治文化模式。

| Abstract: | The root of our current philosophy lacking of legal belief is the rule of man cultural patterns beginning from Agricultural Civilization era.When the law can hardly be the object of faith,it will be due to we realistic social subject,consciously shape the concept upholding law.To cultivate college students' idea of advocating legal,will help to break down such a contrary law: lacking of the rule of law cultural patterns will be difficult to create the legal personality keeping law concept,not yet law concept of the legal personality of the rule of law is difficult to generate the rule of law cultural patterns. |
