| 摘 要： | 中国已于 2 0 0 1年 12月 11日正式成为WTO的缔约国。随着中国的入世 ,外国商品在华倾销将会越来越频繁 ,给我国经济发展带来的负面影响也必然会随之越发严重。因此 ,入世之后的中国将如何遏制和防范外国商品在华倾销 ,已经成为摆在我们面前的一个无法忽视的现实问题。为此 ,本文首先剖析了外国商品在华倾销的现状及成因 ;其次提出了中国实施反倾销所应采取的对策 ;文章的最后部分结合 1994年WTO《反倾销协议》对中国反倾销立法的完善进行了深入的探讨。

| Abstract: | China has joined WTO on December 11,2001.After China's accession to WTO,more foreign products will be dumped into China.Therefore,how to prevent and contain foreign dumping of products in China has become quite an urgent problem facing all of us.First of all,this paper has analyzed the reasons of foreign dumping and then advanced some countermeasures,finally has made an approach on the perfection of China's Anti-Dumping Law. |
