关于检察机关执法社会化的思考

检察机关执法社会化,既是社会公众直接参与检察机关的执法活动,同时也是检察机关对执法社会效果的追求。英国刑事司法社会化对我国检察机关的执法活动具有借鉴价值。人民监督员制度为检察机关执法社会化创造了良好的开端;实行公开听证,是检察机关执法社会化的有益尝试;重要执法活动向社会开放,是检察机关执法社会化的有效途径;确立社会公益原则,是检察机关执法社会化的必然要求。
