| 摘 要： | 侦查实验结论的证据效力亦即它是否具有证据资格以及证明力的大小问题,在理论界和实务界都存在着很大争议,有必要对其进行探讨。侦查实验结论的形成有着科学的理论基础,而且具备证据的基本属性,因此理应具有证据资格,而且鉴于其特殊性,应将其独立成一类单独的证据形式。同时,不同类型侦查实验结论,其证明力大小也不同。
