Environmental Regulation of U.S. and Cost-Benefit Analysis

Based on the reflection of high socio-economic costs of environmental regulation since 1970s, more attention has been given to Cost-Benefit Analysis（CBA） in the environmental regulation area of U. S. Reflection on the development of CBA in the environmental administration of U. S can help us face the complexity of the environmental problems, review what has been overlooked and what mistakes have been made in the national environmental administrative practice, and avoid serious consequences of environmental damage by inappropriate regulations.
