论经济犯罪刑事责任的界定及其特征

经济犯罪刑事责任是经济犯罪行为引起的必然性的否定性法律后果。本文以分析经济犯罪刑事责任的概念为基础，从不同方面论述了经济犯罪刑事责任的特征，从而有利于区分经济犯罪刑事责任与其行政责任、民事责任的不同点。

On the Definition and Characters of the Criminal Liability of Economic Crime

The criminal liability of economic crime is the inevitable negative legal result caused by economic crime.In this paper, based on the analyses of the concept of the criminal liability of economic crime ,the author discusses the characters of the criminal liability of economic crime in many different ways,and makes it easier to distinguish the criminal liability of the economic crime from its administrative liability and civil liability.
