毛泽东提出,抗日根据地发展经济有利于克服经济困难和保证供给,有利于满足人民的利益要求,可以使共产党人学习经营经济事业的经验。他既重视发展公营经济,又重视发展私营经济。他提出了发展经济的政策和措施,如实行团结大多数人的政策和路线,实行正确的财政货币政策和对外贸易政策,加强经济管理,重视发展自然科学等等。

Mao Zedong's Ideas on Economic Development in Anti-Japanese Base Area

Mao Zedong advanced that to develop the economy in anti-Japanese base area was not only favorable to conquering difficulties and ensuring supply,satisfying the demand of people's interests,but also beneficial to accumulating CPC's experience of managing economy.He paid equal attention to both public-operated economy and private economy.In addition,he proposed the policies and measures to develop economy,such as holding together the great majority,implementing correct financial and monetary policy and foreign trade policy,strengthening economic management,stressing science,and so on.
