| 摘 要： | 当前,职务犯罪呈现出高发性、隐蔽性、智能化的态势,已成为社会政治生活中的突出问题。因此,提高职务犯罪侦查能力,有效地惩治职务犯罪成为了当务之急。职务犯罪证据是整个职务犯罪诉讼制度的核心,如何提高收集、固定和运用证据的水平,通过侦查构建完整的证据体系,是职务犯罪侦查机关工作的重心。

| Abstract: | The duty crime has the trend of high incidence,concealment and intelligence,which has been one of the social problems.Thus,how to improve the investigation ability in duty crime is an urgent problem.The duty crime proof is the core of the duty crime lawsuit system.It is the key for the investigation organs to know how to improve the collection,use the proof standard and construct the perfect proof system. |
