| Abstract: | On a basis of English and American Banking Law System,this paper examines the evolving jurisprudence on the Bank' s Duty of Confidentiality, and values the efficacy of this law system. Different conflicts behind the Bank's Duty of Confidentiality are explored, and some suggestions arc proposed to settle these conflicts in the end. |
