| 摘 要： | 我国证券市场虚假陈述行为的相关法律在不断进步和完善之中,但在虚假陈述行为的民事责任认定、损害赔偿范围及标准、赔偿司法程序等方面的实施效果并不令人满意,给投资者权益造成了损害,因此在这些方面有进行适当修正的必要。
