| 摘 要： | 巧实力是当前美国外交的新战略，它是硬实力和软实力巧妙结合所形成的一种合力效应。用巧实力的视阈来透析思想政治教育的内容，可将思想政治教育解构出硬内容和软内容两个分力，通过巧妙地结合使其形成合力，从而建构出思想政治教育的巧内容。

| Abstract: | Smart power is the new stratagem in current USA diplomacy,which is a composition of forces making up of the smart combination of hard power and soft power.In such a perspective,the content of ideological and political education can be deconstructed of hard content and soft content,which can be combine smartly as composition of forces,thereby form the smart content of ideological and political education. |
