| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's ideas on inter party relations were conceived after he was elected General Secretary of the CPC and developed after the Third Session of the Eleventh Congress . His ideas , an advance of Marxist theories on inter party relations , serve as the guiding principles for the CPC's communications and cooperations with other parties . |
