| Abstract: | The service feature of increasingly complex and heavy tasks and single patrolling outside and on - the - spot disposition determines that the patrol police must possess high intrinsic quality. In order for the patrol police to become a rank that execute law strictly and impartially, and that are well - trained, a top priority task is to intensify education and training, enhance the political, legal, professional, psychological and physical quality of the patrol police. |
