| Abstract: | Payment mode nowadays is experiencing as a new revolution thanks to the combination of Internet,mobile telephone and computer.That is the rise of mobile payment.With its characteristics of convinence,quick pay and without the limitation of time and space,mobile payment on one hand brings a lot of convinence to people,on the other hand,it leads to a series of new legal issues such as the legal status and liability of the party in mobile payment. |
