| 摘 要： | 社会法一词进入我国学者研究视野的时间并不长,社会法还是一门稚嫩的学科。这表现在很多方面：一是社会法概念存在泛化的现象;二是社会法的研究方法存在问题;三是社会法研究缺乏实践的观点。目前,我国学者在各种不同意义上所使用的社会法概念难以自固其说,应予以检讨。
