中国共产党的执政理念是一个完整的体系,党的第三代领导集体围绕执政价值标准、执政核心、执政基础、执政要务、执政方式等重大执政问题,形成了“三个代表”重要思想,提出了立党为公、执政为民,扩大党的阶级基础和群众基础,发展是执政兴国的第一要务,科学发展观,科学执政、民主执政、依法执政等一系列新的执政理念,实现了中国共产党执政理念的新发展。

New Development of the Concept of Governance of the CPC

The concept of governance of the CPC is a complete system.The third generation of collective central leadership of the CPC has put forward the important thought of the "Three Represents" which came from the standard of governance value,governance core,governance foundation,urgent issues of governance,ways of governance and other important problems concerning the governance and has put forward a series of new concept of governance such as: building the Party for the public;exercising state power for the people;expanding the Party's class foundation and mass base;giving top priority to development in governing and rejuvenating the country;the view of scientific development;scientific rule,democratic rule and rule in accordance with the law,and has realized the new development of the concept of governance of the CPC.
