Study on Ratifications and Implementation of the Rome Statute in Asia

This article begins with reviewing ratifications of Rome Statute in Asia and analyzing main reasons that most Asian countries are reluctant to sign and ratify the statute.Then,it focuses on the implementation of the statute in Cambodia domestic criminal substantive and procedural law on the basis of general introduction of implementation in other Asian countries.In the last part,it expounds how to gain more support for International Criminal Court in Asia from the authors' perspective.
