On Internet Challenging Traditional Copyright System --Also a Comment upon the New Forms of Fair Use of Copyright in Cyberspace

The boundlessness and joint share of information of the Internet are challenging the nature of territory and exclusivity of traditional copyright. To resolve the conflicts therein, an important consideration is to establish a world collective administrative organization of copyright. In cyberspace there exist some new forms of fair use of copyright, a significant one of which is "reasonable limitation of technological measures".
