| 摘 要： | "性贿赂"使得行贿人对受贿人的"关照"从物质层面上升到感官、精神层面,在"体贴入微"的同时更具隐蔽性;"性贿赂"侵犯了国家工作人员职务的廉洁性,具有比财物贿赂更为严重的社会危害性,是贿赂犯罪的一种新形式."性贿赂"呈愈演愈烈之势,道德的调整已不足以抑制其危害,惩治性贿赂犯罪不违背刑法的谦抑性.

| Abstract: | Sex bribe makes the care given by the bribers to bribees arise from the material level to the level of sense and spirit and it is more secret together with more care; "Sex bribe disabey the honesty of national officials and it is more harmful than material bribes, which is a new form of bribes. "Sex bribe" is increasing gradually and the regulation of moral can not control its harm. We all know the punishment of it is not in defiance of the modesty of the peral laws. |
