| Abstract: | A survey indicates that the corporations through listing on the stock market have formed trade unions universally now. The trade unions have given full play of protecting the workers' rights and interests. But there are some irregulars in workers' participation in democratic management through the workers' congress, and the workers' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors. |
