犯罪分子遗留在犯罪现场既有物质痕迹 ,又有意识痕迹、心理痕迹。它们既相互区别又相互联系 ,互相印证、互相补充。心理痕迹分析虽然不能直接起到证据作用 ,但通过它可以帮助我们刻画犯罪分子的个人特点 ,确定案件性质 ,判明侦查方向 ,缩小侦查范围 ,修正我们已有的推断 ,完善揭示犯罪的证据链条。

Analysis of Criminal Psychological Trace Based on On-the-spot Material Evidence

What criminals leave behind in the crime scene includes material trace, conscious trace and psychological trace, which are different from but connected with one another. Although psychological trace cannot work as direct evidence, we are, through it, enabled to portray criminal's personality, decide case nature, locate investigative direction, narrow investigative range and correct our judgment so that we could reveal the criminal evidence chain.
