| 摘 要： | 当前,湿地保护已成为国际社会关注的热点。但目前我国还没有一部关于湿地保护的专门法律或法规,与我国是湿地大国的地位极不相称。在介绍我国湿地现状,分析我国湿地保护立法中存在的问题的基础上,借鉴国外有关湿地立法的经验,论述了我国对湿地进行法律保护的必要性。

| Abstract: | At present, wetland protection has become the focus of the international social. But in our country there isn't a special low or regulation on wetland protection. That really doesn't match with the situation of our country. This article will introduce the present state of wetland in our country, analyse the existing problems in legislation of wetland protection, study the successful experience abroad, describe the necessary that we protect the wetland in the country. |
