| 摘 要： | “三股势力”为实现分裂祖国的罪恶目的,打着“民族”、“宗教”、“人权”等旗号,在境内外实施恐怖破坏活动。公安机关在打击对策上应继续坚持“严打高压”态势;完善反恐怖预案;建立打击“三股势力”有效机制;加强国际合作;制定和完善反恐怖的相关法规。

Strict Beat and high-handed " is the strike object. Anti- terrorism system in advance should be established effectively, meanwhile, strengthening the international cooperation to "Three Gangs" . |
