| 摘 要： | 警察的围捕工作,应该善于抓住犯罪嫌疑人的心理变化,巧用攻心战法,促使犯罪嫌疑人的思想向良性方向转化、发展,直到主动缴械投降,达到不战而胜的目的,顺利完成抓捕任务,从而减少围捕过程中警察的伤亡,保护人民生命财产的安全。

| Abstract: | When surrounding and seizing criminals,the police should make a psychological attack by grasping the psychological changes of the criminal suspects,bringing about mental changes in them,even making them lay down arms and surrender on their own initiative,thereby decrease injuries and deaths of the police and protect life and property of people. |
