| Abstract: | The initiation and procedure of forensic appraisal, the supervision by people's court over forensic appraisal, and the adjustment of function of forensic appraisal institutions set up inside people's courts, all these are important issues to make perfect the forensic appraisal system. The author discusses these issues in this paper and invites instructions from people working in the same field in order to push forward the reform. |
