| 摘 要： | 独立学院受现有办学条件和生源质量的制约,大多以"专业型、应用型、复合型"人才为培养目标。独立学院以开展实践教学模式来培养学生的实践能力,这就为独立学院教师素质建设提出了很高的要求。社会对教育的要求,就变成了对教师的要求。就独立学院教师自身职业特点来看,从培养其思想素质、业务素质等方面来提高独立学院教师的整体素质。
