| 摘 要： | 党员干部是否＂善于学习＂,关乎德才兼备干部的培养成效。认清形势是善于学习的前提,也是作为德才兼备的党员干部的基本要求。善于学习要解决学习什么的问题,要突出马克思主义理论、中国共产党的历史、世界各国政党文明三个方面,良好的学习方法是真学、会学、学懂、会用。
