| 摘 要： | 民主是人类历史进入阶级社会之后出现的一种政治现象,其发展经历了古希腊奴隶制民主、资本主义民主和社会主义民主等民主形态。作为人民当家作主的国家制度,社会主义民主是人类历史上新型的民主形态,它既继承了人类历史上民主政治发展积累的积极成果,又与以往的民主形态具有本质的区别,是对传统民主形态的超越。
