| 摘 要： | 公安院校学员的个体差异、主观因素和入学基础，家庭、社会、学校、环境等客观因素，对他们的英语综合能力的提高，具有很大的影响作用。要充分利用多媒体和网络技术、采用新的教学模式、改进原来的以教师讲授为主的单一课堂教学模式，已成为英语教学发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | There are very big influence on improving the students' ability to use English in an all-round way.The factors are students' individual differences,foundation of entering the school,the school environment,objective factors ect.It's a tendency to make full use of the multi-media and the network technique,adopt the new teaching model to improve the teaching model which taught only by teachers in class originally. |
