| 摘 要： | 一、近年来越南科技发展概况
越南是一个发展中国家，也是科技发展比较落后的国家。革新开放以来，特别是1994年，越共中央提出到2000年为21世纪实现工业化打好坚实基础的目标，并明确指出要依靠科技来实现这一艰巨的任务。越南科技环境部主管全国的科技发展工作任务，该部根据本国经济社会发展的轻重缓急，规划发展科技工作的重点项目和领域：生物、信息技术、新材料、环境保护及农业技术。

| Abstract: | Developing technology has become a premier national strategy, for a country, a foundation and impetus of national industrialization and modernization. In recent years, to change the situation of low technological development, Vietnam strengthens its devotion to the technological field year after year, gaining a greater improvement in technological industries, such as IT, postal communication, biological technology, agricultural technology, electric apparatus and so on. |
