| 摘 要： | 盗、抢机动车辆犯罪是公安机关打击的重点之一,在打击的同时要对车辆进行检验。目前急需解决的问题是如何判断发动机号码、车架号码是否被更改过,以及更好的显现出原号码,为今后打击盗、抢机动车辆犯罪案件中发挥技术支柱重要作用。
