| 摘 要： | 本文论述了19世纪后半叶有开拓型的经济企业管理家郑观应的经济管理思想.主要论证了他提出的"因变达权"总体变革思想,重视竞争主张"商战"的思想,提倡商办股份公司、反对企业官办的思想.上述思想古为今用,对今天的改革开放仍有借鉴启迪作用.

Facing the economic invasion and competition of foreign imperialist, he put forward many transformative ideas.He advocated"the economicwar",promoted the stock company and opposed the enterprise operated by official bodies.His views are referable to our reformation and opening to the world. |
