| 摘 要： | 法学教育是一门实践性较强的学科,但是当代中国法学教育不能适应社会需求,存在许多亟待改革的问题.理工院校在法学专业人才素质培养方面应采用启发式案例教学为主,辅之以讨论式、模拟法庭、诊所式教学相互配合的实践教学模式,发挥理工院校在学科交叉培养方面的优势,办出自己的特色法学教育.

| Abstract: | Law education is a quite practical discipline,but the contemporary law education of China can not meet the social needs,in which many existing problems require reform.Science and technology institutions must run characteristic law education in training the real complex talent's of law by giving priority to case teaching model,assisted with discussion,simulative court,and clinique teaching style,at the same time,take advantage of our interdisciplinary-cultivating constitutions. |
