| Abstract: | It is an obligation for the governments, organization and citizens to protect legal rights of the HIV infections. Showing Respects for legal rights of the infected counts in the developing of social civilization. The respects are able to arouse the citizen's awareness of social obligation and moral consciences. The respects also help establish law to show concern with the weak , and prevent and control the transmission of AIDS. |
